Is your alarm system monitored using BT Redcare?

BT have announced withdrawal of the Redcare service with effect from 01/08/2025. It may be that if you are currently using the service your alarm company will be contacting you to suggest alternatives for your continued protection. It is important that any changes to your alarm system are carried out in partnership with your insurer and I would encourage you to contact me to discuss if you believe you may be affected by this.

Indeed, if you are currently using the Redcare service and your alarm company has not contacted you I would recommend proactively approaching them to discuss the impact on your alarm system as it is likely that alarm company's ability to respond and upgrade you accordingly will become severely depleted as we approach the deadline date.
